Temporary Housing at il Villaggio

il Villaggio offers comfortable and affordable furnished duplex homes for temporary residency, available to qualified applicants for stays ranging from one week up to one year, subject to availability.

Our temporary units come fully furnished and thoughtfully equipped with kitchenware, linens,
bedding, TV, microwave, and all essentials to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay.
The purpose of our temporary housing is to provide a restful home for missionaries on furlough,
pastors or missionaries needing sabbatical or respite time from ministry service.

Qualifications for temporary housing mirror those for permanent residency, including active service
and church membership. Additionally, active missionaries on furlough and their families are also
eligible to apply.

Each unit features a similar floor plan, averaging approximately 830 square feet. Rental rates vary based on available remodeling features and upgrades, which may include:

• Open-concept floor plans

• Upgraded doors, cabinetry, or flooring

• Lake views

• Enclosed lanais (available in select units)​
