Volunteer Opportunities

With 232 individual units and a wide range of ongoing needs, maintaining il Villaggio would not be possible in a cost-effective way without the help of our incredible volunteers. Each year, faithful individuals and couples from across the U.S. come to serve—and we are deeply grateful for the work they do and the friendships they bring.

Many of our volunteers return year after year, and their time at il Villaggio has become more than just service—it's a joyful blend of fellowship, purpose, and experiencing the Florida lifestyle. Volunteering here is meaningful, memorable, and yes, even fun.

 

Who We’re Looking For:

We welcome skilled volunteers to assist in various maintenance-related areas, including:

• Electrical

• Carpentry

• Plumbing

• Masonry

• Mechanical work

• Woodworking

​

Husband-and-wife teams are encouraged to apply!

Housing may be provided depending on availability.
